The mission of the Community Housing Council is to strengthen local public/private partnerships to ensure adequate, affordable, and equitable housing opportunities for all members of the communities they serve.

The Fresno Housing Resource Center, a community non-profit housing organization, is a one-stop center providing professional homeownership information and education. The FHRC is a community outreach effort of the Community Housing Council of Fresno. The Board of Directors of CHC and its membership are professional housing organizations including representatives from U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Fannie Mae, Fresno County, City of Fresno, City of Clovis, Fresno Housing Authorities, Fresno Association of Realtors and a diversified professional group of real estate and housing private companies.
