Mission Statement

The Council is committed to strengthening local public/private partnerships to ensure adequate, affordable, and equitable housing opportunities for all members of the communities they serve. In the current real estate market in the central valley that we are in, many people have concerns of where they can go in order to get assistance and information that will prepare them to purchase a home as well as keep their existing home. The Community Housing Council of Fresno can assist these people with their needs without a cost to them.

We hold Home Buyer classes and for more information on this, please click on the button on the left side. We also assist homebuyers in attempting to keep their homes or assisting them with information on what they need to do if they are not going to be able to keep their home because of financial difficulties, this information can be found by click on the button on the left side.

We do partner with several organizations in the community as well as the local government agencies. These partners allow us to be able to keep up with their services as well as be able to put our clients with the people that will be able to assist them.

We are a Non-profit organization and have been HUD approved to do Foreclosing Counseling.
