Homebuyer Assistance

There are many people in the community that are looking for a place to get information about buying a home. Some of them are looking at buying their first home and others may already have a house or are buying another house.

Homebuyer Classes: These classes, although often referred to as First Time Homebuyer Classes, are great classes for those that have questions on whether buying a home is for them as well as other information that they need to consider when buying a house. There is an orientation class which has some general information that will help them determine if they should be buying a home at this time. There are also several previous home buyers that attend the class because they are not sure of some of the issues involved with being a homebuyer.

Here is the schedule for the classes at this time:

English: 2nd Saturday of the month at 11:00 a.m.
Spanish: 3rd Saturday of the month at 11:00 a.m.
