The Community Housing Council has established
the Learning Center at CHC
Local and live classes for real estate professionals.
The Learning Center welcomes Realtors, Mortgage Lenders, and those interested in continuing education.
Those wishing to become Mortgage Loan Originators (MLO) can also take the 20 hour live class as required by the SAFE Act. We also offer a one day MLO test prep class to help you make sure you pass the Federal MLO exam. Once you become an MLO, we offer the required annual 8 hour continuing education class.
