ELIGIBILITY
California homeowners may qualify for mortgage relief if they:
Are at or below 100% of area median income
Own a single family home, condo, or manufactured home (permanently affixed)
Faced a pandemic-related hardship after January 1, 2021
Have missed at least two mortgage payments prior to the program start date
